Judi Cramer, MS, a credentialed coalition expert, leads the coalition services team at the Southern Institute. Cramer is nationally recognized as a leader in developing and sustaining effective coalitions, collaborative partnerships and community engagement. Cramer has more than 25 years of experience consulting, coaching and training local, state, regional and national entities including local and state government agencies, non-profit organizations, foundations and community-based groups.
Cramer’s expertise includes consulting services to a wide range of coalitions, including large statewide collaborations, smaller community-based groups, emerging coalitions, evolving coalitions and experienced coalitions with a focus on improving the well-being of children and families. In 2005, Cramer was a Fellow in the Leadership Development program at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she focused her work on building and sustaining effective collaborations and coalitions. Cramer also has a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University.
