We have developed a variety of methods and hands-on activities that are action-oriented and results-driven to facilitate investment, change and development by the participants.
Customized consultation services are designed to address each client’s unique needs. For example, the client may be challenged in recruiting and engaging key stakeholders. Using our Asset Mapping tool, the group is led through the visual activity identifying the mix of current representation of individuals, organizations and resources. Following the asset mapping activity, the group is led through our Gap Analysis process identifying potential stakeholders and resources in the community. From there the group develops an action plan from the Action Planning tool indicating target stakeholders and resources, recruitment activities, persons responsible and timeline. Follow-up contact is facilitated by the Southern Institute consultant to help the group in assessing their progress and design strategies to resolve potential issues.
