Judi F. Cramer, MS

Judi Cramer is a Senior Consultant for the Southern Institute on Children and Families (SICF). She is a credentialed expert in building and sustaining effective coalitions and collaborative partnerships, certified by the University of Illinois at Chicago. Cramer also has a Green Belt Certificate in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University. She has more than 25 years of experience working in public program and policy related to the well-being of children and families in the areas of community collaboration, health coverage and care, child care, family resources and workforce development.

At the SICF, Cramer has served as the Deputy Directors for Program and Design and as the Southern Coordinator for the national Covering Kids & Families program. Prior to joining the Southern Institute, Cramer was project director for the Virginia Covering Kids Initiative at the Virginia Department of Social Services.

In addition, she directed the Family and Child Health Division at Richmond Department of Public Health. Earlier in her career, Cramer served as program manager of a variety of children and family health care programs. Cramer has a Master of Science in Adult Education – Human Resource Development from the University of Northern Illinois and a Bachelor of Science in Human and Family Resources and Secondary Education from the University of Nebraska.
